Project overview

Emboss Beauty is a premium beauty brand with genuine product-market fit and a loyal base. They brought us in to build the performance system that could scale it profitably. Through high-velocity creative testing, landing-page optimization, and disciplined media buying, we nearly tripled monthly revenue in 6 months while holding profitability as spend scaled.

The challenge

Beauty scales on creative. In a feed this crowded, the brands that pull ahead are the ones testing more angles, faster, and moving budget onto the winners before they fatigue. Emboss had the products and the audience. The real question was whether spend could scale hard without ROAS coming apart, and that comes down to how disciplined the testing and the buying are.

Our approach

  • Website, development, and SEO. We designed and built the site with SEO underneath it, so there was a fast, search-ready place to pour scaled traffic into.
  • Creative strategy. Beauty is won on the volume of tests. Our system hit a 30% win rate, so paid always had fresh winners to scale before the last batch fatigued.
  • Paid media. We scaled spend aggressively while holding a 3X ROAS, reading the numbers daily and moving budget onto what worked, and cutting ads the moment efficiency slipped.
  • Landing pages and CRO. We matched the pages to the top-performing ads and tightened the path to purchase, lifting conversion 45% on the traffic paid was driving.

The results

  • Nearly 3X revenue growth in 6 months.
  • +45% conversion rate from new, high-converting landing pages.
  • 3X ROAS held while scaling ad spend, so growth stayed profitable.
  • A testing-and-buying system that holds up as spend grows.
