Which platforms should we be on?
Usually two or three, chosen on where your buyers already spend time and what you can realistically keep up with. For most DTC brands that's Instagram and TikTok, sometimes YouTube. For local and B2B it's often LinkedIn or Facebook first. Posting thin across six platforms costs more and returns less.
Do you make the content, or do we send it to you?
We make it. Concept, script, shoot, and edit, all in-house. One shoot day usually covers several weeks of posting. If you already have someone creating in-house, we'll work alongside them rather than around them.
Does the content work as ads too?
Yes, and that's usually the point. We run your paid as well, so everything gets shot with both jobs in mind. The organic posts that earn attention are the ones we put spend behind, instead of shooting a separate set of ads that nobody asked for.
How long before we see anything?
Month one is strategy and the first shoot. By month two you can see which formats are working. Month three is usually where the account starts carrying its own weight. We ask for a 90-day window before judging it, which is the same window we ask for on every engagement.
Do you handle the comments?
Yes. Public comments and tags, answered in your brand voice during business hours. Anything that needs you personally, or looks like it could turn into a problem, we bring to you instead of answering for you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the channels, the cadence, and how much production you need. We scope and quote after a discovery call, and shoot days are quoted separately.
Are we locked into a contract?
No, we work month to month. We ask for a 90-day window because that's how long social takes to show its shape, but you're not signing a year away to find out.
